Journaling is a great way to get in touch with your feelings. It’s also a great way to learn who you are and what you want out of life. If you follow me on Instagram, you know I share journal prompts every Wednesday! February’s theme is all about self-love and awareness.
The benefits of daily journaling:
- Journaling helps you channel your emotions.
- It can help you reduce anxiety and stress.
- Journaling not only helps you document special events, but it helps your memory years down the line!
- Track your progress towards goals.
- Strengthen your mindset
How to start daily journaling:
- Start with guided prompts! I share prompts every Wednesday and email 30 prompts per month to my email subscribers. Join here for FREE!
- Please keep it simple. There are no expectations; just write how you feel and what comes to mind at that moment.
- Keep your journal in a visible place. Not interested in a paper journal? Use the notes section in your phone!
- Set an alarm to schedule journaling daily. 3-minutes is all you need. If I am being frank, you can do this while sitting on the toilet if you really want to.
